I think over all I would have to really acknowledge that this camp was pretty fun and also challenging as it was a lot more into independence. It was really frustrating for me but oh well,I have tried and succeeded in adapting to the situations I was into.Guess I should get another imaginary badge for my excellence?? :P Haha let's start shall we?
This guy on the left was probably the guy that I was kind of attracted to.Firstly, this person doesn't talk much and people like this frustrates and intrigues me.This guy is pretty fun to look at but prolly I was frustrated and intrigued for a while then I just accepted it as it was.Overall this guy is niceHis name is Kah Wai.Really skillful and I guess he has a very wide range of friends because he was voted as the President of the Red Crescent,School House Colour President and also the Basketball team.
That girl next to him,I call her shitzu because she is really cute. :) Haha same school with Kah Wai by the way.She was really nice to me. :) not to mention she helped me to pitch my tent :) Aww Hugs!
In my adventure,we had a culture night and each teams were supposed to present something involving our new adventure in the new planet we moved into.Hahaha, the story was we were supposed to pick and choose who to bring along in our space ship to move to Planet X.This picture you're seeing now is from Team Alpha.Their team leader's name is Nadzrin if I am not mistaken.I think the spelling of his name is wrong.Sorry bro.. :) He has really great interpreting skills. He is that cute chubby looking guy in this photo. :) He was also the narrator of his skit. :)
There are 6 teams. Each about 8-9 people every team.I was placed in Team Charlie with a group of amazing people.I was the assistant leader of the team.Sadly I couldn't give you a picture of what my team did for the Culture Night but we did the Sid Shuffle. :) Probably the coolest dance ever :) I would say,my team had really great team work in spite of our differences in race, age and gender. We did work out pretty well on every activity.I would love to say that I was the reason for that but truth is,they were all great. :)
Although, the problems I face there were pretty major for me but I feel proud of it now when I think of it.I was constipated, dirty and zombie looking. There was no room and time for me to poop over there because there were only 3 toilets and not to mention there was no time anywhere for me to do that. There was not enough time allocated for me to bathe. We were only given 30 minutes to bathe and there were so many Malay girls that needs to bathe first because they had to pray.So when they were done,it was already time.I had no time at all to even take off my shirt and pants in the bathroom.I had to do it in the tent where my body is constantly 90 degrees bent. :)
I had no time to sleep because they woke us up to yell at us at 2am because some boys left their trash at the side of the rubbish bin.I was really pissed when that happened.I could not help but felt really really upset.I wanted to cry because first I was dirty then I could not sleep too.Luckily,I brought enough wet wipes to cheer me up. :)
During those hard times,I have made really cool friends. To be honest,I feel really cheered up because of them. :) This guy is Teik Cheong.I call him Brandy because his friends told me to?Haha he is really cute and sporting. :) I was really happy when he told his friends that he was really happy to be in the same team with me.I was like "Awwwh".. :D Throughout the whole camp,I cannot stop smiling at him because he is so adorable. My best memory of him was that when we were told that we have to perform our dance again for the closing ceremony. He did the dance halfway and told me "Hey,I'm ready" Hahaha that just caught me laughing over and over again. Now that I am writing this,I just can't help it without laughing.Haha! Not to forget that he constantly holds my hand fan and fan himself because he is bored?Hahaha! So cute!
On our second night,I was awoken by certain people and they told me to do a bunch of crap.I won't tell you what I did.. :P But this girl here, also the secretariat couldn't stop laughing at me ever since she saw me doing what I did.I like it a lot when people enjoy my humour so I just couldn't stop myself from taking a picture with her.Her name is Ayuni. :)
On our adventure, each team was supposed to catch a fish.I was really scared to go into the pond full of mud.Well,I am not scared of going into the muddy pond,I just didn't want to get sick.So we sent Farhan and Shami.Shami is my leader and he is probably the most religious Muslim I have ever seen in my life.We couldn't even do a fist bump together. We had to do an air fist bump. -.- Haha I respected him anyways.Haha someone give me another imaginary badge for my excellence! :)) They caught this fish and to be honest,I felt really bad for that fish but at the same time I was really happy to see them catch fish.Haha I mean they were so funny when they were in the pond. Its like two grown up men chasing a groggy fish.LOLOL!
Our fish feast.Haha everyone kind of had fun I guess?? :) We were all tired at that moment but at the same time it was great. :) I mean we ate what we had harvested. :))
This is the camp commandant. He is Sir Shamir and probably the only person in charge I enjoyed speaking to in the camp.He understands my humour and he likes my jokes.Even when I am not joking,he laughs at me.Like I said,I like people who enjoy my humour. :)) I would say that he has done a great job as a commandant in spite of the little details that he had missed out,I will still say that he was good enough to be credited :) Also,I would love to extend my thanks to the whole team for all their hard work.Even when you woke me up so griffin early in the morning. :)) Well done!
This is our camp site.To be honest, pitching tent is pretty fun. :)) I didn't know how to do that but I was really blessed to have people around me to help me out. They were such sweet heart to help me out. :) Thank you so much to all that cared to lend a hand. :) Greatly appreciate it! :) If it weren't for all of you,I would have died in the cold. :) Also to Shin Lim,Vicky,Brandy and Umar who had helped so much to the pitching of the tent.Thank you. :)
It was such a wonderful experience to be able to meet with the two Sri Aman girls during my adventure. They were all so nice and hey,to all those Assuntarians who say Sri Aman girls are mean. Its a lie, they are not like that. :) I mean they come in individuals okay.. :) I shared my tent with Sara (Maisara),the girl in the centre of the picture. She is really a sweet heart. In spite of our untidiness in the tent, she actually put up with our bullshit.Hahaha! :) We had such amazing talks and it was such a pleasure to meet her.Along with her,is Fadeela, the girl at the right of the picture. She had such passion for everything. :) Haha she was also the head of all female campers there. :))
I guess overall Puan Chin enjoyed herself too??She is really the sweetest teacher probably. The teacher with the patience, love and care for her students.I think she really likes being a teacher??Haha she was part of the act for team Alpha as well and tell me she isn't gorgeous in that baju kurung. :PP Haha,I wanted to take a picture of her being wrapped up in newspaper but I missed the chance.. T.T
This was our Culture Night banner. This intrigued me a lot because I cannot understand how their banner could be so straight firstly.Secondly is that how is it that they could even tie it?It was a flat wall.Credits to whoever who put this up.Really well done. :)
How can I miss out this girl in this camp?Haha her name is Shin Lim and she was also first person I spoke to officially in the camp. :) Really cute and outstanding girl. :) She was also the person who helped me to pitch my tent. :D I think I must extend my thanks to her for all her hard work because my tent worked well for all the nights. She has a very rare and interesting personality and I would personally say she is really cute. :))
Alongside with her, this is Umar.I can't say much about him because he was probably my camp buddy and if I were to begin to speak about him,it will be on and on and forever on. :) This guy probably has the most outstanding leader quality among the rest of the campers. He is not afraid of responsibility, hard work and leadership. He is also very funny.
If I am not mistaken,I got to know him a little bit more was during the Health Course given by Sir Subhi.I was really sleepy and I couldn't keep my eyes open.Partly due to the role call the night before but I was really really having a hard time to open my eyes and even pay attention.Suddenly,I felt a really gentle tap on my shoulder,it was Umar.I looked at him, later then continued to shut my eyes.He poked me and told me " 45 minutes more.. :) " I looked at him and smiled and said "Really? But I am really sleepy.." Thats how we got to know each other.
Since then, our friendship much deeper and I realised that him and I have a very similar mind set.He understands my jokes before I even finish them.People like this,I really enjoy talking to. :) Haha I was so happy that I actually have someone in the camp to talk nonsense. :) Even like a 5 minute talk cheers me up already even when I am dirty. What cheers me up the most was that he didn't bathe at all and that makes me feel so much better for being dirty.Haha this guy is more than a bro and deserves more than a credit.I don't know what he deserves but surely more. :) Thank you for making my adventure so eventful :) You're the man! :))
All in all, thank you everyone including the leaches and the mosquitoes that were part of my adventure.Leach,I enjoyed your bites.Thank you for giving me a souvenir. :) Mosquitoes, sorry I couldn't give you a chance to bite me,I didn't want to deal with a botfly when I return that's why. :)
Finally, Well done Button. :) You have done the greatest job in Button History. :)) HAHA HONOURS!!
