Exercise Excites the Extra Fats :PP

Many things have happened over this week and I would really love to share my experiences feeling down and unhappy. But since I am really intending to write something more constructive and encouraging,I have decided to put them aside first.I'll come back to it if I cannot get over it.

First things first,I stumbled with an application called the Nike Running App which is also known as Nike+.I have to say, this app is amazing.Amazing to the point that I am very satisfied with it.I took up a 0.5 mile / 0.8 km for trial.I don't know if this only affects me,with the app I kind of feel a little bit more motivated.Aiyah, the new things always motivates people right?

Ohh also,I only eat fruits during recess.Like a piece of honey dew or papaya for recess.Honestly it is really difficult not to eat at all while watching everyone eat their heart out.I especially envy those people who eat a whole cow yet still look so slender. :'( I'd still love myself no matter how but I do envy them.Their metabolism rate is either high or optimum that is why they are so slender.Grrr! :(

For lunch I do eat like normal because I really cannot stop my mom from not buying me food.Well, you know, asian parents tend to worry about their child for not getting enough nutrients and would stuff them with food but then often nags their child for being fat. They expect you to exercise to burn fats.Question is,how are you able to lose the calories when you eat more than you exercise? You only exercise ONCE a day about  30-45 minutes but you eat 3-4 times a day.Can you see the ratio difference?

Okay okay, enough of stating the obvious.I have also started doing some regular work out like sit ups and push ups.Yes,I do feel awkwardly sore and tired BUT THEN the up side of these work out is I can feel my own abs.I can absolutely feel them except I can also feel a huge chunk of fat layering over it. :'( Of course I would love to get some abs but then my aim for these three months is to just look proportionally nice and maybe a little curvy. :))

Hmm before I forget,I also try very hard to drink more water and keep to the minimum from eating junk. Its a really horrible experience today because I had to stay back in school for the prefect meeting.Speaking of it,I am really angry and upset with it.Anyways, instead of the papaya and honey dew story,I ate fried stuff.I know its really bad for me but it felt really good being bad. :P HAHA the moment I put the fried cheese sausage in my mouth,I can feel my tummy growling and I know my tummy is happy.Of course I felt bad after that but then,JUST MOVE ON LAH. :(

Over all,I do not feel upset or depressed and I think by the second week I will move into a more vegetable diet, less meat and less carbs.I'll continue to motivate myself if I can. :))

I miss my carefree blogging.. :) See you on the week end? :)

Stupidity at its Finest

Update update time~  Due to the terrible haze in KL striking once again without mercy, I feel sickly. Sad to say,  I was down with headache for the whole day. Still I was a good child who went to work and diligently did my job. Okay, I admit. I feel very lazy and terrible these days.  Besides all that, I think I had a good time because he met my parents unofficially and crazy as I thought it would be, my mother farted in front of him. I suppose that is errm... a way of expressing the warmth? HAHAHAHAH okay, now it just sounds weird .  Anyways, I had a good day today I think. :) I'll blog more often okay. I'm feeling lazy these days. I'm sorry.  Love,  Button

How to save up to RM50 a year by just saying "No, thank you"

Did I catch your attention? Yay~ I challenged myself two months ago to reduce the amount of plastic I was using. There are a few reasons why I decided to that. First its because I really like my government now and I appreciate how everyone within the cabinet is doing their best they could to save my country in spite of their limitations. I really want to save my country too but I am aware that I do not have enough money or power to make extreme changes for my country but I wanted to do something to at least help. I know what I am doing is like a tiny drop in the ocean but I remember I voted against the odds with everyone else and we made a huge impact on what we have today. A change. And I am very thankful that I did it. Okay back to plastic. So, my government decided to start a movement by first banning smoking in eateries and then after that another movement to discourage the use of single used plastic by imposing a 20 sen charge on plastics. In a way I am happy with the wa...
