I did my fair share of cardio exercise today.Like the tittle says,1.5 miles was what I did today.Lucky for me,it wasn't that difficult to complete except that I was bored starting at the half point.I also understand that it sounds like I did a very little work out.Okay,I'll convert it to a bigger number okay.Its about 2.4 km.Now you may give me a round of applause for being so motivated. :P
The only down side of the cardio was that I feel dizzy every time I finish.The dizziness would not come when I am still working out.Once I stop,it comes. :( My dad said that it is because I don't have enough blood supply to pump all over my my body including my head and when I run,most of the blood gushes to the legs and lungs but,I googled it and I found out that there are two reasons why that would happen.
First reason,Low Blood Sugar.But I am sure that this was not the cause because I hella ate a lot for lunch.Further explanation will be,because the amount of energy used for the work out is not enough hence it uses up the sugar in my blood to give me energy to run.Anyways,this is not the problem here.
The real and proper second reason will be,dehydration.Yes,I believe so. :( When I am working out,I do not drink water at all.I focus on my running all the way till I finished it,walk home,fed the dog,bathed,ate dinner then only I drank water.I believe that is the reason I am dizzy.
Haha guessed my general knowledge has leveled up?? :P Ngek! Anyways,I do feel sore but still bearable and I can now proudly say,running is actually quite addicting.When 6.30 pm of today arrived and the reminder I have set on my phone notified me,I was half excited and half lazy.Excited because I wanted to run slightly further.Lazy because I have to bathe after I have sweated all over.But when I was running,I felt so happy.Guessing it was the adrenaline but when I heard the app say "Well Done,You have completed your work out of 1.5 miles." I was even more happier than before.
